About Tenbox: Tenbox is a wholesale marketplace, connecting suppliers to retail business in Cambodia, making it easier for restaurant/coffee shop/mart to buy anything that you need ALL in one place with convenience and trust.

Working Hour: 

• Tenbox online marketplace (mobile app and website) operate 24/7 for user registration, check product stock, make orders, and make payment.
• Customer service operate every Monday - Saturday from 8:00AM - 6:00PM

Product: all products on Tenbox are supplied by trusted official distributors of the products, who are the distribution company, importing company, manufacturer, factory and local enterprise.

Wholesale Price: all products on Tenbox are sold at a wholesale price set by each supplier directly.

Cheaper Price: to get an even cheaper price, you may check each product's variant, choose to purchase in more quantity.

Cheapest Price: to negotiate price for a very very large quantity purchase, starting from 10 cartons up, please contact our customer support team at 010981001 to assist you on this inquiry.

For Business Use: product price is best fit for the purchase of a business such as a restaurant, coffee shop, mart to increase your business margin.

Unit Sell: most of the products on our marketplace are sold per unit with wholesale price.

Minimum Order: limits of minimum $20 for each suppliers

Check Stock: to check for product stock availability, you can add products to cart, then click on the “check stock” button.

Online Order: once the product is confirmed by each seller, we will notify you to confirm and make payment to drop your order.

Order Status: you can check for your order status in the “order history” tab to see detailed status and other informaiton.

Delivery Time: 

• Tenbox operation delivery time is every Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
• For order before 11:00 AM, products will be delivered in the afternoon.
• For order after 11:00 AM, products will be delivered the next day.
• For order on Saturday and Sunday, products will be delivered the next day.
• For order by province, products will be delivered in the next 2 working days

Phnom Penh Delivery Fee: 

• For an online order of $20 to get free delivery in Phnom Penh.
• For an offline order of $50 to get free delivery in Phnom Penh.

Province Delivery: 

• Customers will be paying for the delivery fee with the delivery company.
• The delivery fee and turnaround time will be informed later once products are shipped with the delivery company.

Refund: 

• Refund will be processed case by case in cooperation with customers
• Refund process will take 3 working days

Advance Payment: 

• Online payment by ABA Mobile App
• Online payment payment by KHQR from any member banks
• Online payment payment by VISA debit and credit card

Later Payment: 

1. Payment upon delivery (COD)
   • For only VIP customers with Tenbox T&C
   • For only customer in Phnom Penh
   • Eligible starting from 2nd order
   • For less than $100 order value
   • No cash payment

2. 5 days credit line payment after delivery
